We are Annemieke and Bink Schippers and as the name might suggest, we are married. In addition, we are Dutch, both around 60 years old and living in the German capital Berlin. Together, we have many years of management experience in various fields, both in retail, communication, hospitality and management. We have something to offer. And with this project we want to try to convey some of our experience and certainly about our ideas.
this feeling should make it easier
We have seen and experienced a lot. We have seen how things should not be done, but fortunately also how they can be done. We were inspired by greats but also by hard-working managers with feeling for the people around them. Because that is what we are mainly about. As a manager, you are usually under a certain amount of pressure. By creating more development and depth in the profession, we ensure that you develop more feeling. This feeling should make it easier for you to make decisions from a more natural process.
food for thought
We are pragmatic Dutch people who like to work effectively but with feeling and insight. Our main goal is therefore to provide insights. Say ‘food for thought’. We think you can become a better manager by using our insights. Think of it as an exchange of thoughts on total management.
about learning
Everyone has such ideas about learning. How to pass on knowledge. In part, we think everyone owns knowledge and creativity. And we are convinced that you know more than you think you do. We especially want to encourage this through short fragments of learning. Hence short reflections among others in blog format. And short educational clips that should especially make you think.
